A serial entrepreneur and investor, Sibtein Alibai has led Grupo Alfa's global expansion since its founding. He brings four decades of cross-sector experience, ranging from retail and real estate to fintech and mining. Sibtein is also the founder of The Orphan Trust and Chairman of the Khoja Leadership Forum. His leadership reflects a deep commitment to long-term value creation, ethical enterprise, and system-level philanthropy.

Aquil has led Grupo Alfa’s platform growth in Costa Rica and Latin America, overseeing real estate, community infrastructure, and strategic development. He co-founded Grupo Alfa alongside his brother and continues to anchor the firm’s values in every decision balancing operational execution with family-driven legacy. He is deeply passionate about sports and as part of the senior leadership, he revitalized C.S Herediano to be the powerhouse it is today,Together, they lead with a belief that capital is not just to be invested but entrusted.
